By signing this form, the parent/guardian hereby authorizes Max Planck Florida Institute (MPFI), its agents and assigns (including without limitation, members of the press invited to MPFI to observe and/or report on MPFI's programs and activities) to photograph, film and/or videotape the applicant participating in MPFI activities. The parent/guardian further agrees that MPFI may use and authorize reproduction and use of such photographs, films and videotapes for MPFI's informational, educational, archival, promotional, and public relations purposes in whatever form, format or medium MPFI deems appropriate. The parent/guardian understands that MPFI will not make or permit any commercial usage of the images.
